What: 1 box of candy canes. Cherry candy canes.
Why: Ick. My husband likes cherry flavored things, so one Christmas I bought these thinking he'd love them. He had zero interest. So at the end of the season I packed them up and waited until the next Christmas to bring them back out again. I repeated that patten more years than I can remember. He wasn't fooled.
Where: They didn't go back in the decorations box this year. They went to the trash.
Every year I mean to eat one. But cracking open the package for a single candy cane never seemed right. Opportunity missed.
